St. Patrick’s College goes Green!

This week, St. Patrick's College was delighted to join An Taisce's Green-Campus Programme. This programme grew out of the Green-Schools Programme and aims to make third-level colleges more environmentally-friendly places. Dr. Yvonne Ryan, from An Taisce, came to Thurles to formally register St. Patrick's College onto the programme. We have a newly-formed Green-Campus committee in the college made up of staff and students who are dedicated to making the college a "greener" place. With the help of the whole college community and lots of effort, we look forward to making a difference here on our campus.

St. Patrick's College, Thurles - Open Day 2011.
Saturday, 3rd December 11am to 3pm.
 
The College Open Day is designed to afford prospective students a chance to meet staff and students, to tour the campus, and to learn more about the College's programmes. The day will be of particular interest to those interested in becoming post-primary teachers.
 
All are welcome.
