1st Year Management Presentations & Awards Ceremony, November 26th, 2pm-4pm, Mercy Wing
Following their impressive group project work on selected Irish companies, 1st Year students will compete for the inaugural ‘Excellence in Management’ Award.  Companies chosen include Dew Valley Foods, Dunnes Stores, Guinness, IT Servces, Jameson, Kerry Group, Musgraves, O’Briens Sandwich Bars, O’Neills, Ryanair and Superquinn.

The event will also feature the presentation of another accolade - the ‘Business Person of the Year Award’, where a prominent Tipperary business person will be rewarded for an especialy outstanding contribution to business.

Making Tipperary a Fairtade County was the topic for this year’s 2nd Year MArketing Project and members of Tipperary’s Fairtrade community will be in atendance to judge the group presentations and present the winning team with their inaugural trophy and individual awards.
